Select the types of activity you want to include in your feed.

ops: reduce zlay memory limit from 8Gi to 5Gi

steady state is ~2.9 GiB after thread stack + allocator fix. 5 GiB
gives ~2 GiB headroom for backfill and cache warming spikes.
