feat: ๐Ÿ“Š Enhanced guidance on dashboard creation and data culture documentation

- Added a recommendation to integrate visualizations directly into tools where context exists, such as Slack, Jira, or HubSpot, for more impactful dashboards.
- Included a crucial question under Data Culture to emphasize the objective of improvement in data analysis efforts.
- Updated Public Speaking resources, replacing a generic link with specifically relevant resources for presentations, including the addition of Sli.dev.

These updates aim to improve the utility and clarity of our internal documentation on dashboards, data culture, and public speaking resources.
